Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Best Deals Lebanon, we aim to provide accurate product information and satisfactory customer service. However, due to the nature of our business, returns, exchanges and refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

All requests for a return, exchange, refund, replacement or store credit are reviewed individually and at the sole discretion of Best Deals Lebanon, subject to applicable law.

Submitting a request does not mean that it will automatically be approved.

1. General Policy

Best Deals Lebanon reserves the right to approve or decline any request for a return, exchange, refund, replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances of the order and the condition of the product.

Our decision may take into consideration factors including:

The reason for the request
The condition of the product
Whether the product has been opened or used
Whether the original packaging is available
Whether accessories, manuals and included items are complete
The amount of time that has passed since delivery
The nature of the product
Whether the product was sold as a promotion, clearance item or special offer
Whether the product appears damaged through misuse or improper handling
Whether the product was supplied correctly according to the order

Approval of a return or refund in one situation does not create an obligation for Best Deals Lebanon to approve another request in similar circumstances.

2. Change of Mind

Best Deals Lebanon does not guarantee returns or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, color, specification or model, or found the same product elsewhere at a different price.

A change-of-mind return may occasionally be accepted at our discretion.

If accepted, the product will generally be expected to be:

Unused
Undamaged
In resalable condition
Complete with all accessories
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase

Best Deals Lebanon reserves the right to refuse a change-of-mind return even where these conditions are met.

3. Opened or Used Products

Products that have been opened, installed, activated, assembled, worn, used or otherwise removed from their original saleable condition may not be eligible for return or refund.

Best Deals Lebanon may nevertheless consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.

The fact that a product has been opened does not automatically mean that a request will be rejected, nor does it mean that a return or refund must be approved.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you believe that a product was delivered damaged, defective or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

We may ask you to provide:

Your name
Order information
Photographs or videos of the product
Photographs of the packaging
A description of the issue
Serial number or product identification information where applicable

Best Deals Lebanon may require the product to be inspected before determining whether a replacement, repair, return, refund or other solution is appropriate.

Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, the product may need to be handled according to that warranty procedure.

5. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking product specifications and compatibility before purchasing.

This may include compatibility with:

Devices
Operating systems
Electrical standards
Sizes
Connections
Models
Accessories
Applications or software

A product will not automatically qualify for a return or refund simply because it is incompatible with another product or device unless Best Deals Lebanon provided materially incorrect compatibility information.

6. Products That May Not Be Accepted for Return

Depending on the circumstances, Best Deals Lebanon may refuse returns of certain products, particularly where hygiene, safety, licensing, activation or resale considerations apply.

Examples may include:

Products that have been used
Products damaged after delivery
Products with missing packaging
Products with missing accessories
Products with removed labels or serial numbers
Activated electronic products
Software or digitally activated products
Personal-care or hygiene products that have been opened
Clearance or final-sale products
Special-order products
Products customized or ordered specifically for a customer

This list is illustrative and does not guarantee acceptance or refusal of any particular request.

7. Return Shipping and Delivery Charges

If Best Deals Lebanon approves a return, we will provide instructions regarding how the product should be returned.

Unless otherwise agreed by Best Deals Lebanon, the customer may be responsible for:

Return transportation
Courier charges
Delivery charges
Other reasonable costs associated with returning the product

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless Best Deals Lebanon determines otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

If the return results from an error attributable to Best Deals Lebanon, we may choose to cover reasonable return or replacement delivery costs.

8. Inspection of Returned Products

Acceptance of a product by a driver, courier or member of our team does not automatically mean that the return or refund has been approved.

Returned products may first be inspected.

Following inspection, Best Deals Lebanon may:

Approve the return
Reject the return
Offer an exchange
Offer a replacement
Offer store credit
Approve a full refund
Approve a partial refund
Return the product to the customer

The appropriate solution will be determined according to the circumstances of each case.

9. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Best Deals Lebanon will determine the appropriate refund method.

Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be provided through:

Cash
Bank transfer
Store credit
Another method agreed with the customer

An approved refund may be reduced where appropriate to account for missing items, damage, diminished product value, delivery expenses or other reasonable costs, where permitted by applicable law.

10. Exchanges

An exchange may be offered instead of a refund where Best Deals Lebanon considers this appropriate.

The replacement product may be:

The same item
Another model
Another product of similar value
A product selected by the customer with any price difference paid or credited as applicable

An exchange is subject to availability.

11. Promotional and Discounted Products

Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, bundles, special offers or discounted campaigns may be subject to additional restrictions.

Best Deals Lebanon may decline a return or refund for such products unless we determine that an exception is appropriate or applicable law requires otherwise.

Where a product was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional package, we may require all associated products or promotional items to be returned.

12. Cancellation of Orders

Requests to cancel an order may be considered if the order has not yet been prepared, dispatched or delivered.

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, Best Deals Lebanon may decline cancellation or may require the customer to cover associated delivery or handling costs.

13. Refused Deliveries

Where a customer confirms an order and subsequently refuses delivery without an accepted reason, Best Deals Lebanon reserves the right to decline future Cash on Delivery orders or require alternative payment arrangements for future purchases.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in restrictions being placed on the customer’s account or ordering privileges.

14. How to Request a Return or Refund

To submit a request, please contact Best Deals Lebanon and provide your order details and the reason for the request.

Please do not return a product without first contacting Best Deals Lebanon and receiving return instructions.

15. Best Deals Lebanon’s Decision

Every request is assessed individually.

Best Deals Lebanon reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve or refuse a return, exchange, replacement, refund or store credit, taking into account the circumstances of the transaction, the product condition and applicable legal requirements.

Any goodwill exception made by Best Deals Lebanon does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent for future transactions.

16. Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Lebanese law.

Where applicable law imposes mandatory obligations regarding defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming goods, those obligations will apply notwithstanding anything stated in this policy.
